The capital of the United States is a hub for political activity -- where people make their voices heard. I've documented activism across the political spectrum. However, D.C. runs deeper than politics. I've documented the city's homeless community, housing disparities, and the unnoticed happenings of the every day.
Americans from across the country descended on Washington D.C. to witness the second Inauguration of Donald Trump on January 20th, 2025. Amidst intense cold, supporters gathered at the city's Capitol One Arena to watch the swearing-in-ceremony, moved inside the Capitol building due to freezing temperatures.
